James W. Cross - President/Treasurer

 

Jim began his software development career in 1983 with a Masters degree in Computer Science from USC - Columbia.  He worked as a consultant to DuPont - Charlotte for a number of years before moving to Pennsylvania where he worked for NCS/Sungard.  In 1997, he joined forces with Kaaren Stuck - forming Cross Products, Inc.  After operating remotely for their client for a few years, the company relocated to home offices in North Dakota where they continue to operate. Kaaren L. Stuck - Vice President/Secretary

 

Kaaren began her software development career in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.  After working for three years for Computer Task Group - Charlotte as a software consultant working on DuPont manufacturing systems, she hired on to DuPont as a business analyst and project manager. In 1991 she was relocated to Pennsylvania where she worked with a research company in a joint venture with DuPont.  From there, she worked as an independent consultant with NCS/Sungard and later as a consultant to DuPont-Tyvek and DuPont-Fibers.  In 1997, she joined forces with Jim in the formation of Cross Products, Inc.  The newly formed company continued to provide consulting, analysis and development services to DuPont-Tyvek and DuPont-Fibers.  (DuPont Fibers was later organized as Invista and sold to Koch Industries.)  Cross Products, Inc. relocated to North Dakota in 2000 - where it continues to operate.
